I need help, I manage to download it, extracted and when i click Thunder Hunter.exe it say
“Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item”
I had off my anti virus.

Just downloaded and installed it. Was in Chinese by default, but found the language option in the menu and changed it to English. The Menu bar has been changed to English, but everything else is still full of ???. Is this normal? Is there not a way to fix this?

Could be please explain how to configure Thunder under the proxy network where torrent and other downloading has been blocked…
